What won the race: Dale Timms of Hodges, S.C., strengthened his lead atop the Cagle Automotive Blue Ridge Outlaw Late Models standings with a flag-to-flag victory in Saturday’s Dedman Family Tribute at Harris Speedway. Timms finished 0.390 seconds ahead of Bryan Mullis for his second Blue Ridge victory this season.
Key notes: Timms notched his first series victory since May 24 at Lavonia (Ga.) Speedway, worth $3,000. … Fifth-starting Bryan Mullis, winner of last weekend's series visit to Cherokee Speedway in Gaffney, S.C., took second on the 18th lap and trailed Timms the rest of the way. … Third-starting Anthony Sanders retired on lap 18. ...
