LAVONIA, Ga. (Sept. 20) — Former series champion Chris Madden of Gray Court, S.C., dominated the Georgia State Championship at Lavonia Speedway for an O'Reilly Southern All Star Series victory worth $5,000, his first of the year on the series. Benji Cole of Canon, Ga., was second with Casey Roberts of Toccoa, Ga., third at the 3/8-mile oval
