BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (March 1) — Bobby Hogge IV of Salinas, Calif., outran Steve Drake of San Luis Obispo, Calif., at Bakersfield Speedway for a $3,000 Western Allstars Late Model Series victory. Drake finished second with Billy Griffin, Chris Shannon and Dino Napier rounding out the top five. The event drew 22 entries. | Slideshow
