Facing a gloomy weather forecast, Thursday’s Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series at Duck River Raceway Park in Wheel, Tenn., has been postponed to Sunday, April 2, series officials said today.

The postponement shifts Duck River to the third race of the weekend tripleheader behind Friday’s action at Boyd’s Speedway in Ringgold, Ga., and Saturday’s event at East Alabama Motor Speedway in Phenix City.

Duck River’s $10,000-to-win event begins with a 5:15 p.m. drivers’ meeting following by hot laps at 5:45. Crate Late Models, street stocks and mini stocks are also on the card.
