Mid-August special and sanctioned events postponed or cancelled by weather:

Batesville Motor Speedway: The Comp Cams Topless 100’s Aug. 16-18 weekend was postponed; the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series event won't be made up, the track announced Friday.

Sheyenne River Speedway: Sunday’s Northern LateModel Racing Association event at the Lisbon, N.D., oval was rained out. No makeup was announced.

Richmond Raceway: Saturday's Schaeffer's Iron-Man Series-sanctioned Paul "Butterball" Wooldridge Memorial was rained out. The $10,059-to-win event has been rescheduled for Sept. 15.

Williams Grove Speedway: Friday's World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series in Mechanicsburg, Pa., won't be rescheduled.

Super Bowl Speedway: Saturday's Sooner Late Model Series race in Greenville, Texas, was rained out during prelims; no makeup details were announced.

Toccoa Raceway: Saturday's Alpha Art Thunder Series race at the Georgia oval will be rescheduled; no date was immediately announced.

Bedford Speedway: Rain arriving before Friday's main event postponed action at the Pennsylvania oval; the series will make up the feature in a scheduled return to Bedford on Sept. 2.

Ponderosa Speedway: Friday's third annual Big Daddy Classic, an unsanctioned $3,088-to-win event for Super Late Models, won't be rescheduled at the Junction City, Ky., oval.

McKean County Raceway: Thursday's Sweeney Chevrolet RUSH Series event in East Smethport, Pa., won't be rescheduled.

Crossville Speedway: Friday’s Ultimate Southeast event at the Tennessee oval was scrapped; officials hope to announce a makeup date soon.

Moler Raceway Park: Friday's unsanctioned Victor "Ike" Moler Memorial has postponed. The $3,000-to-win event has been reset for Aug. 24 at the Williamsburg, Ohio, oval.
