Weather-halted weekend races
Weather-hampered or rescheduled sanctioned and special Dirt Late Model events the second weekend in September:
Hummingbird Speedway: The Reynoldsville, Pa., oval's Eric Witherite Memorial, a $3,000-to-win Late Model event, was rescheduled for Sept. 15. Sept. 1's makeup Late Model feature will also be on the Sept. 15 card.
Jackson Motor Speedway: Saturday’s Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series race was rained out at the Mississippi oval; a makeup date was not immediately announced.
Midway Speedway: Saturday’s second annual Bud Perry Memorial was rained out. The Malvern Bank Cash Money Super Dirt Series race at the Lebanon, Mo., was rescheduled for Oct. 6.
Batesville Motor Speedway: Saturday's Southern Outlaw Late Model Series event at the Arkansas track was rained out. It will not be rescheduled.
Delaware International Speedway: The Delmar track's First State Triple Crown Shootout was rained out Saturday; no details about a makeup date were immediately available.
River Cities Speedway: Thursday’s NLRA finale in Grand Forks, N.D., was rescheduled for noon Saturday, Sept. 8; the race will be between the prelims (Friday night) and main event (Saturday night) of the non-tour John Seitz Memorial, a $9,200-to-win event.
Enid Speedway: Saturday’s Sooner Late Model Series event at the Oklahoma track was rescheduled for Sept. 22.
