A fund-raising site has been set up to help veteran racing announcer Ozzie Altman with costs of continued medical treatment after he suffered a massive stroke in July while working in New Hampshire.

The 61-year-old Altman, the former voice of the Hav-A-Tampa Dirt Racing Series who has worked with various auto racing tours during his lengthy career, was in rehabiliation in New Hampshire before recently returning to his home state of Georgia.
