With the region dealing with flooding caused by Hurricane Florence, Fayetteville (N.C.) Motor Speedway has cancelled Saturday’s I-95 Late Model Challenge Series event. The 4/10-mile oval’s infield was swamped with water this week and track officials plan to update detail on future racing in the storm’s aftermath.

Next on the schedule is a Sept. 27-29 weekend of three straight evenings of touring series events: the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, Ultimate Southeast Series and Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series.
