Wet and cool forecasts have forced officials to employ a Saturday-Sunday competition schedule for La Salle (Ill.) Speedway's eighth annual Thaw Brawl presented by Hoker Trucking, the American Ethanol Late Model Tour tour announced.

Instead of the original Friday-Saturday schedule, Friday will be reserved for practice with competition beginning Saturday with gates opening at 11 a.m. with hot laps set for 1 p.m. and racing at 3. The $5,000-to-win Late Model feature highlights the program.

Saturday's start times will be repeated for Sunday’s finale that’s highlighted by a $15,000-to-win Late Model main event.
