Citing limited tire inventories, Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series officials today announced the cancellation of the tour's Sept. 15 visit to I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, Neb. The single-day event was set to precede Sept. 16-18's Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals at Knoxville (Iowa) Raceway, an event on as scheduled after missing the 2020 event because of pandemic restrictions.

Before the mid-September events, Lucas Oil competitors are set for a pair of Labor Day weekend events with Sept. 4 action at Portsmouth (Ohio) Raceway Park and Sept. 5 at Tyler County Speedway in Middlebourne, W.Va., for the $30,000-to-win Hillbilly 100.

• The Repairable Vehicles.com Tri-State Series has shifted its upcoming event at Raceway Park in Jefferson, S.D., to Friday; the race was originally scheduled for Sunday. The tour's event at I-90 Speedway in Hartford, S.D., remains Saturday.
