Overnight rains and an unfavorable weather forecast forced track and series officials to cancel the weekend's 11th annual Thaw Brawl at Davenport (Iowa) Speedway. The $10,000- and $20,000-to-win MARS Racing Series events won't be rescheduled. MARS returns to Davenport on July 26 for the $10,000-to-win Hoker 50.

• Saturday's Zimmer's ULMS-sanctioned program at Port Royal (Pa.) Speedway was canceled due to a forecast of rain, snow, cold temperatures and wind. No makeup date was immediately announced.

• Saturday's Crawford County Speedway event for the GRT Legends Late Model Series and Complete Well Testing Sooner Series was cancelled because of an emergency for track ownership and staff. Dates are being considered for a makeup date.

• Facing unfavorable weather, Tazewell (Tenn.) Speedway postponed Saturday's United Championship Racing Alliance opener to April 2. The Jim Arnwine Memorial pays $3,011-to-win on the Crate Late Model tour.
