Brownstown: Friday's Night Before the Jackson on the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, the 24-car starting field set, was postponed by persistent rain; the $10,000-to-win event was shifted to Saturday ahead of the night's regularly scheduled Jackson 100 program with on-track action starting at 6 p.m. Friday's Bowman 50 on the Indiana Crate Late Model Series was rescheduled for Oct. 1.
Peoria: Friday’s opener of a two-race weekend at Peoria (Ill.) Speedway rained out. The scheduled $2,500-to-win Super Late Model event was cancelled, but the $4,040-to-win Mike Chasteen Memorial modified event, among other races, was rescheduled for Saturday’s program which includes the $7,500-to-win Illinois State Championship for Super Late Models.

Sugar Creek: Friday's $1,500-to-win Red Clay Series event for 602 Crate Late Models at Sugar Creek Raceway in Blue Ridge, Ga., was cancelled because the track was too wet in addition to an incident with a track worker being injured when a packer car struck the motor grader, according to the series. Because of the cancellation, the purse for Saturday's scheduled series event at Sugar Creek was raised to $3,000-to-win (up from $2,000).
Jacksonville: Friday's Midwest Big 10 Crate Late Model Series finale at Jacksonville (Ill.) Raceway was rained out; the race won't be rescheduled and Jose Parga was awarded the tour title.
