PPMS promoter, co-owner dies at 64
Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway promoter and co-owner Matt Miley died Monday. The Kennedy Township, Pa., resident was 64.
Miley and family members including his late brother Red operated the popular Imperial, Pa., half-mile dirt oval and home of the annual Pittsburgher since 1988. Along with his promotional duties, Miley spent 30 years as a customer service manager at AT&T.
Survivors includes his wife Karen Miley and a son Will Miley.
Visitation is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, and again from 3-5 p.m. at McDermott Funeral Home in Kennedy Township. Prayers will be offered at 4:30 p.m. For a complete obituary, visit mcdermottfuneralhome.com.
