Already saturated grounds, coupled with more than an inch of rain Wednesday morning at the Tri-City Speedway has forced track and Lucas Oil Midwest LateModel Racing Association officials to cancel the weekend's doubleheader. The $5,000- and $7,000-to-win evnets won't be rescheduled.
