With Farmer City (Ill.) Raceway’s Illini 100 ruined by weather, the World of Outlaws Case Late Model Series has added another date at the quarter-mile oval with a $10,000-to-win event on June 1.

The Farmer City Showdown will kick off a tripleheader weekend with previously scheduled races at Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Ill., and Paducah (Ky.) International Raceway.

While 2023’s Illini 100 won’t be reschedule, the series announced it will resume in 2024 — a little later than usual on the calendar — with April 12-13 dates capped by a $25,000-to-win finale. Tickets will go on sale later this year.
