Grandstand spectators showing driver's licenses or government-issued IDs with a Spencer, Iowa, residence will be admitted free into Sunday's XR Super Series event at Clay County Fair Speedway, the series announced. The event in Spencer, a county seat of 11,500 residents, was postponed from July 9 after devastating regional flooding.
