Cancelling an originally scheduled Fourth of July visit to McKean County Raceway in East Smethport, Pa., the Jay's Automotive United Late Model Series announced it has expanded a holiday weekend event at The Dirt Track at Genesee.

Along with July 3’s regularly scheduled $6,000-to-win event, the Stars & Stripe Showdown has added a $10,004-to-win event at the Batavia, N.Y., track. The tour’s first visit to the track since 2021 is highlighted. by 30- and 50-lap features.

Additionally, ULMS will pay out midseason bonuses to series regulars and fireworks are planned for opening night.
