Busy stretches on WISSOTA Challenge

Back-to-back races, including stretches of four in a row and five in a row during August and September, highlight a 24-race schedule on the Structural Buildings WISSOTA Challenge Series in 2024 that takes the tour to 14 tracks in Minnesota and Minnesota and one in South Dakota. | Schedule

Gondik Law Speedway in Superior, Wis., hosts a series-high five races while three tour races at I-94 EMR Speedway in Fergus Falls, Minn., bookend the tour with the May 15 season opener and Sept. 15-16 events during the WISSOTA 100 weekend.

The first of the two busiest stretches is set for Aug. 13-16 in Minnesota with events at Willmar’s KRA Speedway, Princeton Speedway, Ogilvie Raceway and Sauk Rapids’s Sauk Granite City Motor Park. Labor Day weekend action (Sept. 2-6) starts in Superior followed by Proctor (Minn.) Speedway’s Silver 1000, an event at Grand Rapids (Minn.) Speedway and Hibbing (Minn.) Speedway’s Labor Day Classic doubleheader.

Except for Gondik Law’s same-night doubleheader ($2,500) and the Aug. 7-8 Wisconsin weekend at Menomonie’s Red Cedar Speedway and Rice Lake Speedway ($4,000), series events pay $3,000-to-win.

Madison (Minn.) Speedway is the lone track to complete a 2025 tour event that didn’t return to the schedule.

Dave Mass of East Bethel, Minn., is the reigning series champ.
