Josh Rice of Crittenden, Ky., on Thursday announced his intention to run for the O’Reilly Auto Parts Rookie of the Year on the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series in 2026.

The 27-year-old Rice is piloting the Campbellsville, Ky.-based No. 11 JRR Motorsports entry in his first full-time national touring run which opens Feb. 19 at All-Tech Raceway in Ellisville, Fla.

The team plans to make its 2026 debut Jan. 22-24 during the Sunshine Nationals on the World of Outlaws Late Model Series.
