Tyler County set for three ULMS races

The Jay's Automotive United Late Model Series announced an 11-race schedule among four states and seven tracks, including three events at Tyler County Speedway in Middlebourne, W.Va. | Schedule

Five races pay double-figure winning paydays led by the season-richest $20,000-to-win Country Roads 100 scheduled for Aug. 30 at Tyler County.

Five of seven tracks completing ULMS events in 2025 return to the schedule with Maryland ovals returning to Maryland for the first time since 2022. Hagerstown (Md.) Speedway will host its first series event in four seasons and Potomac Speedway in Budds Creek, Md., joins the ULMS slate for the first time.

Besides Tyler County, The Dirt Track at Genesee in Batavia, N.Y., (July 3-4) and Outlaw Speedway in Dundee, N.Y. (May 8 and Sept. 18) are the only other track with multiple events. Single races are scheduled for Hagerstown, Potomac, Path Valley Speedway in Spring Run, Pa., and Selinsgrove (Pa.) Speedway. The 26-year-old series announced plans for July 1 and 5 races, but no venues were announced.

The series, which gets presenting sponsorship from United Appliance Sales & Rental of Pittsburgh, has amended its tire rule to allow American Racer and Hoosier tires in 2026; only American Racers were allowed last season. Minimum purses pay $1,000 for 10th and $500-to-start.
