Comp Cams tour adds loyalty program
Along with adding another $50,000 to the series points fund, the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series on Monday night announced a driver loyalty program paying a potential $130,000 to series regulars.
The Arkansas-based circuit announced a $200,000 points fund in January with $50,000 to the champion that paid back 15 positions. The upgraded $250,000 points fund pays 20 positions ($5,000 for 20th) with boosts for positions 3-20 in the final points of the tour presented by Arrow Vision Live. The tour’s Rookie of the Year receives $5,000.
The loyalty program for the top 10 drivers maintaining perfect attendance and displaying series decals provides drivers $5,500 per series weekend along with free entry. The loyalty program begins the second weekend of the season.
The points season begins March 27-28 at Arrowhead Speedway in Colcord, Okla., for a pair of $10,000-to-win events on a schedule with a series-record 19 five-figure paydays. Hall of Famer Billy Moyer of Batesville, Ark., is the reigning series champ.
