Southern Raceway has added bonuses for Saturday’s Crate Late Model special that could pay the feature winner as much as $5,000, the Milton, Fla., track announced today.

The Late Model Challenge Series event for Crate Racin’ USA competitors is set for a $3,000-to-win purse, but these bonuses are available:

• $200 for fast time from Crown Carburetion

• $800 for setting fast time, winning a heat race and winning the feature

• $1,000 if a driver accepts the Back Row Challenge in a heat race and wins the prelim.

The Crate Late Models are in action Saturday, but the track’s weekend includes Friday-Saturday action for USCS sprint cars among other divisions. Visit htfsouthernraceway.com or the track’s Facebook page for details.
