Show-Me 100 postponed to Sunday
Heavy rain Saturday afternoon and into Saturday evening at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Mo., forced the postponement of the 34th annual Show-Me 100 to Sunday, officials announced. | RaceWire
The $75,000-to-win Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series program will begin with hot laps at 6:30 p.m. followed by consolation races and the 100-lap main event. Stock cars are on the undercard. Sunday's action will follow times originally scheduled with grandstand gates opening at 4 p.m. and the FloRacing stream beginning at 6 p.m. CDT.
Two-time Show-Me 100 winner Jonathan Davenport of Blairsville, Ga., is scheduled to start on the pole with Josh Rice of Crittenden, Ky., driver alongside. Davenport and Rice each won $10,000-to-win preliminary features on Friday.
