To avoid conflicting with the reopening of the new Belle-Clair Speedway in Belleville, Ill., July 31-Aug. 1 Midwest LateModel Racing Association events at Brownstown (Ill.) Speedway and I-55 Federated Raceway Park in Pevely, Mo., have been rescheduled for Oct. 16-17.

Belle-Clair's Aug. 1 event doesn't include Late Models, but Josh Carroll, who promotes the Brownstown Bullring and I-55 Raceway, elected to move the events.

"We believe supporting one another is important for the future of dirt track racing," Carroll said. "We are excited to see Belle-Clair Speedway begin this new chapter and look forward to working together to strengthen racing in our region for years to come."
