Topless Outlaws: Aug. 28’s Topless Outlaw Series event at Penton (Ala.) Raceway was cancelled with the track planningn tob e dark that weekend. The series also rescheduled May 30’s rained out Lester Weeks Memorial at Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, Tenn., for Oct. 10.
