What won the race: Overtaking race-long leader Joey Pederson on the 16th lap, Ryan Mikkelson of Alexandria, Minn., led the rest of Sunday’s 25-lapper at Buffalo River Speedway for his first career Northern LateModel Racing Association victory. Pederson, seeking his first NLRA victory since 2019, finished 1.044 seconds behind at the checkers.
Key notes: Mikkelson was a 10-time feature winner in 2020 competing in WISSOTA and Limited Late Model divisions. ... Thirteen of 21 starters completed 25 laps. ...
