What won the race: Leading all 50 laps from his outside front-row starting position, Pearson Lee Williams of Dublin, Ga., cruised to win night four of the Salute to America Nationals at Cochran Motor Speedway on Sunday, topping the Crate Racin' USA field and earning $2,500.
Key notes: Jordy Nipper of Gray, Ga., advanced five positions to claim the runner-up spot, 0.960 seconds behind Williams. ... Polesitter Logan Palmer of Acworth, Ga., faded to finish sixth. ... After earning his first career Crate Racin' USA feature victory at Talladega Short Track on Saturday, Jimmy Thomas of Phenix City, Ala., finished ninth. ... Sunday's feature, the final leg of a three-race weekend for the Crate Late Model tour, was slowed by four separate incidents and lasted 23 minutes, with 10 competitors completing all 50 laps.
