Brown beat polesitter Brandon Dockery to the checkers by 3.884 seconds for his first career Cagle Automotive Blue Ridge Outlaw Late Model Series victory and his first major event triumph since Aug. 19, 2023, a $7,500 Mid-East 604 payday at Lancaster (S.C.) Motor Speedway.

Quotable: "I've really gotta thank Brandon (Dockery), he's raced me clean every time I've lined up beside him. He's always gave me room and I've always returned the favor," Jacob Brown said. "I knew that lapped traffic might get tricky at this place — it gets tight at times — and I just wanted to make sure that I good enough gap, that way I could give myself a couple of laps to figure out where the lapped cars were going to run."
