PHENIX CITY, Ala. — Sunday’s lineups for the Late Model Sportsman division at East Alabama Motor Speedway’s 42nd annual National 100, a $5,000-to-win event at the 3/8-mile oval:
Main event
Rallying from his 10th starting spot, Mark Whitener of Middleburg, Fla., slid under polesitter and race-long leader Jason Hiett in turn four on the 40th lap and led the rest of the way at East Alabama Motor Speedway. Whitener earned $5,000 for the Late Model Sportsman victory.
