What won the race: Leading flag-to-flag, J.P. Dowell of Killeen, Texas, notched his first career Late Model victory with a win in Saturday’s Southern Texas Late Model Series program at Gator Motorplex. Dowell won over Brandon Brzozowski to collect $800.
