What won the race: Polesitter Corey Zeitner of Bellevue, Neb., topped third-starting Jake Neal of Omaha, Neb., and fifth-starting Tad Pospisil of Norfolk, Neb., for a $2,000 Malvern Bank Super Late Model Series victory in the tour's fourth visit to Rapid Speedway.
Key notes: The victory was Zeitner's first Malvern Bank Super Late Model Series victory of the season, and his fifth career series victory. ... Twenty drivers were running at the finish. Zeitner won seven days earlier in non-series action at Adams County Speedway in Corning, Iowa. ... Series action continues Saturday with a $2,000-to-win event at Off Road Speedway in Nebraska and wraps up Sunday with a $1,200-to-win event at Raceway Park in South Dakota.
