What won the race: Taking advantage of a late-race caution, Jim Body of Diamond, Mo., reclaimed the lead from Kylan Garner and captured Friday’s Dirt Track Bank Cash Money Super Dirt Series main event at Humboldt Speedway. Body earned $1,000 for winning the American Racer 50 ahead of Justin Wells.
Key notes: The American Racer 50 had trouble getting out of the gate with two cautions in three laps which lead to five cars not completing five laps. ... Cole Wells, a five-time tour winner, was among early retirees. … Garner grabbed the lead from race-long leader Jim Body and lead until the caution flew on lap 18. ... Body took advantage of Garner's lead being erased and recaptured the lead. ... Garner exited on lap 27 to record a DNF.
On the move: Brian Williams of Fayetteville, Ark., started 22nd and finished fifth.
