He beat Jesse Sobbing to the finish line by 3.920 seconds, to claim the $1,500 prize on the opening night of I-80's Spring Meltdown weekend.

The only caution flag of the evening occurred when polesitter Zach Zeitner of Bellevue, Neb., retired from the race on lap three and was credited with finishing 11th. ...
