He beat Ethan Wilson to the finish line by 1.133 seconds for his fourth overall triumph of 2021.

Key notes: Bailes led the race's first 23 laps before being overtaken by the third-starting Freeman, who appeared primed for his first-ever Ultimate Southeast victory until a flat right-rear tire ended his bid on lap 32. ...
