What won the race: Fourth-starting Jason Feger of Bloomington, Ill., slipped around the outside of early race leader Ryan Unzicker on lap 13 and held off a charging Shannon Babb to lead the final 28 laps and win Friday's $5,000 MARS Late Model Championship Series feature at Farmer City Raceway. Feger extended his series points lead in securing his sixth victory of the season and the 21st of his career, moving him into a tie for sixth on the tour's all-time wins list.

Recently crowned nine-time track champion Kevin Weaver gained two spots and finished sixth. ... Pole-starting Mike Mataragas faded to finish seventh. ...
