What won the race: After losing the lead to Colton Flinner on a lap-36 restart, third-starting Joe Martin of Mayport, Pa., executed a last-lap, last-corner slider to regain the point at the exit of turn four and beat Flinner to the line by 0.160 of a second to win Saturday's $10,000 13th annual Bill Hendren Memorial at Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway.

Quotable: “I knew we could run PPMS and, man, I mean we had a hotrod tonight,” Martin said. “Man for all the crap at the end there, I did not deserve to lose that race, we had the best car and my team did not deserve to lose that race. I lose races on double-file restarts often and I was bound and determined not to let it happen tonight. Colton (Flinner) got a good jump there, (double-file restarts are) interesting for the fans, I don’t like it.”
