What won the race: Cade Dillard of Robeline, La., led all 30 laps from the pole en route to a dominating victory in Friday night's $5,000 Comp Cams Super Dirt Series debut at Revolution Park. Dillard was never seriously challenged throughout, winning by 3.895 seconds over Charlie Cole in notching his seventh career Comp Cams Series victory.
Quotable: “We could maneuver around there early, then the top just kinda got crumbed up a little bit. It got bottom dominant, I got to those lapped cars fine, but wasn’t able to do anything on the top,” Dillard said. “I want to thank all these fans for coming out, it’s cool to see this place going again. I used to come race here when it was asphalt and always loved this place, this facility and this area.”
