Notes: This season marks the 25th running of the crown jewel event that began in 1993; the race was rained out in 2016. … The event is co-sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series. … This year’s event has been expanded to three nights, with time trials, heat races, consolation races and a $5,000-to-win main event on both Thursday and Friday night. Drivers will earn points in each of the two preliminary nights that will determine lineups for Saturday’s finale. On Saturday, consolation events will set the rest of the field for the Topless 100. … With an increase of more than $46,000, this year’s purse will exceed $185,000. … The Topless 100 has averaged 58.6 cars over the last 10 events, including a high of 73 in 2010. … The event record is 107 entrants in 2001. … Scott Bloomquist of Mooresburg, Tenn., won last year’s race after starting 23rd. The race was pushed to Sunday afternoon thanks to heavy showers on Saturday evening. … There have been 14 Topless 100 winners since its inception in 1993. … There have been five different winners in the last five events. … Five drivers have multiple Topless 100 wins, led by Hall of Famers Scott Bloomquist with five and Billy Moyer with four. … Jimmy Mars, Jimmy Owens and Shannon Babb have two wins apiece. … No driver has won in back-to-back seasons. … There are five home-state winners: Tony Cardin (Greenbrier, ’94); Billy Moyer (Batesville, ’95, ’97, ’02, ’05); Bill Frye (Greenbrier, ’96); Wendell Wallace (Conway, ’98); and Jared Landers (Batesville, ’10). ...
