Central Mississippi gives Wall sixth MSCC victory

WINONA, Miss. (July 25) — Chris Wall of Holden, La., grabbed his series-leading sixth victory Saturday at Central Missisippi Speedway to earn $2,500 on the Mississippi State Championship Challenge. Scott Creel of Franklinton, La., finished second followed by Scott Slay of Clinton, Miss., David Ashley of Zachary, La., and Clay Fisher of Dewitt, Ark. Chad Thrash of Collinsville, Miss., who entered the racing leading MSCC points, was 16th and fell 30 points behind Slay in the title chase.
