Patrick wins Spooker, Show-Me Series finale

POCOLA, Okla. (Oct. 20) — Kevin Patrick of Gentry, Ark., won at Tri-State Speedway's 28th annual Spooker to capture the season finale on the Show-Me Racin' Series. Patrick, who led the entire main event, earned his second career series victory.
Leslie Essary of Crane, Mo., who wrapped up his second consecutive series championship, finished second in the feature, which was shortened to 20 laps because of time constraints. Chuck Comer finished third followed by Jim Fulp and Rick Wallis.

A lap-four caution was thrown for Jeremy Kelly and Kenny Hartwigsen. ... A red flag came out a few laps later for Kelly. .... Another red appeared midway through the race for Roger Wilson and Jake Williams. ... The postseason Show-Me Racin' Series banquet is scheduled for Nov. 4 at Playtime Pizza in Branson, Mo.
