Jeremy Faircloth wins NLMS debut at Needmore
NORMAN PARK, Ga. (Nov. 6) — Jeremy Faircloth of Swainsboro, Ga., captured the first-ever Hedman Hedders National Late Model Series event at Needmore Speedway on Saturday. Faircloth earned $3,000 in winning at the 3/8-mile south Georgia oval that opened in August.
Shan Smith of Dade City, Fla., was second followed by series rookie Hunter Peacock of Macon, Ga. Tyler Ivey of Tallahasee, Fla., was fourth and retained his lead in the Hedman Hustle, the NLMS playoff-style points series to determine the season champion. Kelly Walker of Moultrie, Ga., rounded out the top five.
