Volunteer's Spring Thaw reset for March 21-22

BULLS GAP, Tenn. — Wintry inclement weather has forced Volunteer Speedway to postpone the 10th annual Spring Thaw 100 until later in March. The Advance Auto Parts Thunder Series event, originally scheduled for Feb. 29-March 1, has been rescheduled for March 21-22 at the 4/10-mile oval in east Tennessee.
The postponement will force another schedule change for the Tennessee-based AAPTS, which was originally scheduled to run a $3,000-to-win event at Mountain Raceway Park in Maryville, Tenn., on March 22.
