Dauderman gets PCRA victory at Kankakee
KANKAKEE, Ill. (Sept. 21) — Series points leader Bobby Dauderman of Alhambra, Ill., earned $1,000 Friday at Kankakee County Speedway with his fifth victory of the season and third in a row on the Pro Crate Racers of America tour.
Dauderman, who entered the race with a 44-point lead on Mark Oller of Highland, Ill., took the checkers in the 25-lapper ahead of Roben Huffman of Clinton, Ill. John Provenzano of Marseilles, Ill., came out of retirement to post a third-place finish in the Crate Late Model special. A dozen of 22 starters were running at the finish with Oller among the dropouts.
Rocktoberfest III action continues Saturday at Kankakee with another $1,000-to-win feature for PCRA competitors.
