What won the race: Two-time series champ Kyle Berck of Marquette, Neb., took the lead at the drop of the green flag and held it for the full distance to captures a $2,000 victory, his first at Hutchinson.
Key notes: Runner-up Travis Dickes held the second position the entire way, briefly closing on Berck in traffic on a few occasions, but never making a serious bid for the lead. ... Berck earned his first victory of the season and 27th NCRA triumph of his career. ... The event kicked off the NCRA's nine-race 2014 campaign and drew drivers from four states.
