Andrew Yoder takes the checkers at Winchester Speedway.
What won the race: Andrew Yoder of Middleburg, Pa., grabbed the lead from Taylor Farlling on lap eight and never looked back en route to winning Saturday night's regularly-scheduled 25-lap Mason-Dixon Shootout Series feature at Winchester Speedway. Yoder earned $1,000 for his third victory of 2019 on the Limited Late Model tour.
Key notes: Yoder's triumph came after he placed fifth in the program's 30-lap makeup Mason-Dixon feature won by Taylor Farlling, who finished 10th in the nightcap after leading the first seven circuits. ... Yoder registered his fourth career win on the third-year Mason-Dixon tour, moving him into sole possession of second place on the circuit's all-time win list behind Justin Weaver's 10 victories. ... James Lichliter, who led laps in the postponed raced before being forced to the pit area, finished in the runner-up spot behind Yoder. ... Wes Bonebrake added a third-place finish to his bridesmaid run in the makeup A-main.
On the move: Devin Frey of Myerstown, Pa., started 26th and finished 11th.
Winner's sponsors: Yoder's Swartz Chassis is powered by a Miller Racing Engine and carries sponsorship from Wind View Truck and Trailer Repair, Strouse Electric, Stine Trucking and Happy Tails Dog Grooming.
Points chase: Entering the weekend, Andrew Yoder (413 points) of Middleburg, Pa., led Devin Frey (374), Donnie Farling (360), Kenny Yoder (348) and Brad McGinnis (318).
