What won the race: After taking the lead from Donald Lingo Jr. with an aggressive slider on a lap-11 restart and surviving a retaliatory strike from Lingo eight circuits later, Ross Robinson went on to capture Saturday's 40-lap Mid-Atlantic Championship Weekend Super Late Model feature at his hometown Georgetown Speedway for a career-high $7,000 payday. Robinson beat his fiancee, Amanda Whaley, by nearly a straightaway.

Key notes: Robinson’s surge to grab the lead from Lingo on the lap-11 restart saw him slide in front of the pacesetter in turn two; contact damaged the nosepiece of Lingo’s car and, on lap 12, caused Lingo to slow and bring out a caution flag because his hood flew up. … Continuing after a pit stop, Lingo ran slowly, waiting for Robinson, who was being challenged by Mark Pettyjohn; when Robinson attempted to lap him on the 19th circuit, Lingo slid up the track in turns one and two, pushing Robinson over the edge and sending himself spinning off the second corner.
