Blair, who has seven career ULMS victories at the East Smethport oval, took the checkers ahead of third-starting Darrell Bossard of Centerville, Pa.

Key notes: Blair won by a straightaway margin to notch his 15th career victory on the ULMS tour, which returned with its first event of 2014. ... Rick Tropodi spun in turn-two for a caution on the ninth lap; Kirk Bradley spun on the ensuing restart. ... Kurt Stebbins rolled his car in the first heat, but was able to start the feature. ...
