Charlie McKenna takes the checkers for his first win in nearly three years.
What won the race: Second-starting Charlie McKenna of Ames, Iowa, launched from the outside front row and led all 30 laps largely unchallenged in winning Saturday's Ray Houck Memorial at Adams County Speedway. McKenna beat apparent runner-up Jake Neal to the checkers by 0.647 of a second for the $5,000 payday co-sanctioned between the Malvern Bank East and West tours and his first feature win of the season.
