Key notes: After thunderstorms wiped out Friday's scheduled $12,000-to-win Battle at the Border opener, the World of Outlaws Late Model Series's stop at Sharon Speedway was reduced to a single-day affair on Saturday, headlined by a 60-lap, $20,000-to-win main event. ... The circuit's Northeast swing began Wednesday when Daulton Wilson led all 40 laps at Stateline Speedway in Busti, N.Y., for his first career series victory. ... Points leader Bobby Pierce is a three-time series winner at Sharon, including a sweep of both events in 2024 worth more than $37,000. ...
