Key notes: The Comp Cams Super Dirt Series invades Batesville Motor Speedway for this second annual Ed Rinehart Memorial concluding with Saturday’s 30-lap, $5,000-to-win finale. … The two-day event honors Rinehart, a Houston, Texas-area businessman and owner of Rinehart Trucking, a longtime sponsor of dirt racing teams, tracks and series; Rinehart died on Sept. 21, 2024, at the age of 80. … Billy Moyer of Batesville, Ark., outdueled R.C. Whitwell on a late restart after Cade Dillard’s right-rear tire blew while leading on the 22nd lap.
